If you have overage billing enabled, we will allow you to exceed your monthly limit and charge for overages as described here.
But if you have overage billing disabled, we'll return a 429 status code when the request limit is reached.
In any case, you’ll receive an email notification about your usage when you've used up 80% of your API request quota and again when you reach 100%.
