API request quotas run on a calendar month cycle, from the first day of the month to the last, regardless of when the billing cycle starts.
If a subscription begins partway through a month, the full request quota is available for that partial month. On the first day of the following month, the quota resets.
Quotas do not reset at the time of payment. The reset always occurs on the first of the month.
